Why play rugby?

Rugby is more than just a game—it’s a fast-paced, team-driven sport that builds confidence, resilience, and lifelong friendships. Whether you're chasing the ball or defending your team, rugby gives kids the chance to grow strong, think fast, and have a lot of fun doing it.

Endurance

With constant movement, rugby builds stamina and teaches kids how to keep going even when it gets tough.

Heart Health

Sprinting, tackling, and running in bursts gives the cardiovascular system a serious workout.

Total Body Strength

Rugby trains both upper and lower body muscles through tackling, passing, and powerful running.

Coordination & Agility

Quick passes, sharp footwork, and handling the ball on the move sharpen motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
